Workmanship Warranty

GreenTech LVG provides a one-year workmanship warranty on all installation services. This warranty covers defects in installation that arise under normal use and conditions.

If you experience any issues with our installation work within the warranty period, contact us and we will address the problem at no additional cost.

Equipment Warranties

All equipment installed by GreenTech LVG carries the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary by product and manufacturer, typically ranging from 1-5 years.

We will provide you with warranty documentation for all equipment at project completion. We assist with warranty claims when needed.

What's Covered

• Cable terminations and connections
• Equipment mounting and installation
• System configuration and setup
• Component failures due to installation defects

What's Not Covered

• Damage from power surges, lightning, or electrical faults
• Damage from water, fire, or other environmental factors
• Modifications made by others after installation
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse or negligence

Service Guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you're not happy with our work, let us know within 30 days of project completion and we will work with you to make it right.
