GreenTech LVG is a low-voltage systems integrator serving commercial and residential clients in the NYC metro area. These Terms govern your use of our website (including the customer and admin portals), quote tools, and all services we provide.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services Overview

GreenTech LVG provides commercial and residential low-voltage infrastructure installation and consulting services, including:

• Low-voltage electrical systems

Service availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change. All installations are performed by licensed and insured professionals in compliance with local codes and regulations.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Estimates provided through our website or quote builder are preliminary and subject to final site assessment. Actual project costs may vary based on:

• Site conditions and accessibility
• Material costs and availability
• Scope changes or additional requirements
• Permit and inspection fees

Final pricing will be provided in a formal written proposal before work begins.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate site details and reasonable access for surveys, installation, and testing.
• Ensure all necessary permits/approvals are obtained if not handled by GreenTech LVG.
• Promptly notify us of site hazards (asbestos, energized lines, restricted areas).
• Safeguard any portal credentials and notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized access.

5. Payment Terms

Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure scheduling and order materials. Deposit amounts will be specified in your service agreement.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Late Payment: Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

GreenTech LVG provides a one-year workmanship warranty on all installations. Equipment warranties are passed through from manufacturers and vary by product.

Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, power surges, or acts of nature.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenTech LVG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the twelve months preceding any claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by GreenTech LVG or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of our site and services is also governed by our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy.
